일레븐랩스에서 완전 대박인 기능을 발표했어. 'Expressive Mode'라는 건데, AI 음성이 진짜 사람처럼 감정을 표현한다는거야. 예를 들어 화난 고객한테는 진정시키는 말투로, 불안해하는 고객한테는 안심시키는 말투로 알아서 대응하는 거지. 이 기능은 두 가지 기술로 만들어졌어. 하나는 'Eleven v3 Conversational'로 실시간 대화에 최적화된 음성 합성 기술이고, 다른 하나는 새로운 '턴테이킹 시스템'으로 대화 타이밍을 더 자연스럽게 만든 기술이래. 특히 70개 이상의 언어로 감정 표현이 가능하고, 'Scribe v2 Realtime'이라는 음성 인식 기술로 고객의 목소리에서 감정까지 파악한다는게 진짜 대단한 부분이야 ㅋㅋ 이런 기술이 상용화되면 콜센터나 고객 응대 서비스가 완전 바뀔 것 같아. 사람과 구분하기 어려운 AI 상담원의 시대가 진짜 오고 있나봐 🦉
